Our Founder
Eric Ghanem, founder of 40 North Analytics, brings over 20 years of experience as a mechanical engineering consultant across diverse sectors including aerospace, mining, oil & gas, process plant design, and feasibility studies. He has led and supported major projects involving new plant design, maintenance projects, construction, commissioning, and complex project management.
Mr. Ghanem also leads an established engineering firm offering engineering services, project management, procurement, and construction support. His strength lies in understanding client needs at every stage — delivering not just solutions to known problems, but uncovering and addressing the root causes.
